Cherry is looking to hire a People Partner to help drive performance and culture as we continue to grow. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all People-related needs for specific business units, while supporting a wide range of company-wide People initiatives.
Conduct skip-level meetings, new-hire check-ins, and exit interviews; synthesize insights and drive follow-up actions
Partner with functional leaders on performance management, promotion recommendations, and compensation reviews
Proactively identify and resolve employee issues, providing guidance on documentation and best practices
Interpret and implement People policies, benefits programs and development of new offerings
Plan and execute on rewards trip & swag, company retreat and/or regional meet-ups
Run reporting & analytics, background checks and project manage
Contribute to the People function by continuously improving processes, programs, and service quality
*Note: This is a fully remote position with occasional travel for team offsites and company retreat.
Experience with supporting distributed teams specifically revenue/sales department
World-class operator with 2-5 years of experience serving in HR Business Partner and HR Generalist roles
Analytically Driven - comfortable working with data sets that drive insights and future action plans
Compliance Focused - well versed in State and Federal employment law
Intellectually Curious - proven aptitude to learn new skills/systems quickly
Astute Project Manager - has a deep understanding of managing multifaceted projects with numerous stakeholders and delivering results on a timeline
Sees the Forest and Trees - strong data visualization skills and the ability to communicate findings/recommendation to a wide audience
Nice to Haves - experience with a modern HR tech stack (Rippling, Gsuite, Slack, etc.)
