full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles
intake and calibration with hiring managers before searches begin
sourcing strategy and candidate outreach for priority roles
candidate screening, interview process management, and close
interview structure, scorecard quality, and debrief discipline
ATS hygiene, reporting accuracy, and process consistency
market feedback on talent availability and role competitiveness
light support across adjacent People Operations priorities when needed
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
experience hiring across both technical and GTM roles
strong sourcing capability and sound candidate judgment
experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
ability to operate independently and bring clarity to ambiguity
strong communication skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach
experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments is a plus
exposure to adjacent People Operations work is also a plus
Comfort using AI and modern recruiting tools thoughtfully to improve speed, quality, and efficiency without losing sound judgment

can build structure without adding unnecessary bureaucracy
are comfortable challenging vague or unrealistic hiring assumptions

Highly Competitive Compensation: Base $80,000–$105,000, OTE $90,000–$115,000
