Key Responsibilities

The Renewal Specialist owns the commercial renewal process beginning 120 days prior to contract expiration, including CPQ Renewal Opportunity management, quote creation, and forecast accuracy.

While the Renewal Specialist owns renewal execution mechanics, pricing changes that result in contraction require documented alignment from the assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM), who retains churn accountability for their Book of Business.

  • The Renewal Specialist ensures:
  • Contraction rationale is documented in the Renewal Opportunity
  • Forecast adjustments reflect approved revenue changes
  • No renewal proceeds without cross-functional visibility
  • Accurate and timely records of renewal activities in CRM and ERP tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ systems, Intacct)

How you'll add value

Administer user accounts, permissions, licenses, and access requests across Talent Solutions systems, including Lever, Tofu, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and LinkedIn Learning. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding users, provisioning and deactivating licenses, troubleshooting access issues, and keeping the team informed about the latest releases, features, and updates in the tools we use.

Co-own the People Team calendar in partnership with People Strategy & Transformation, ensuring team events, deadlines, and initiatives are current, coordinated, and conflict-free. Own and maintain Talent Acquisition tracking spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates for reporting and workforce planning. Monitor and triage inquiries sent to the TA email alias, responding directly when appropriate and routing requests to the right owner. Coordinate candidate interviews and manage scheduling logistics among candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Maintain and update the intranet to ensure content is accurate, organized, current, and easy for employees to navigate. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Support Talent Solutions programs and administrative needs across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Capabilities, and Learning & Development. Assist with preparing and posting job requisitions and job advertisements. Coordinate pre-employment screening for selected candidates and assist with sending assessments to candidates. Prepare reports and metrics related to recruiting activity, hiring progress, and team performance. Identify and implement opportunities to modernize Talent Solutions workflows, automations, and recruiting processes through the thoughtful use of AI and modern tools to increase efficiency, data quality, and scalability. Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to be successful in this role

  • 2+ experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, talent operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience using or administering an applicant tracking system; Lever experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, peers, hiring managers, and leaders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and calendars in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when handling confidential candidate and employee information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including calendars, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Demonstrated interest in using AI and emerging technology to improve day-to-day work, automate routine tasks, and streamline workflows. Eager to explore new AI capabilities and build practical solutions that support Talent Solutions, while exercising sound judgment about when human review is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple, cross-functional People programs, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or Performance Management.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working with recruiting metrics, dashboards, or operational reporting.
  • Demonstrated interest in process improvement and creating scalable, efficient ways of working.

This role is hybrid, balancing flexibility with the value of in-person collaboration. To support connection, partnership, and team effectiveness, employees are expected to work onsite each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
