Key Job Responsibilities

• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex distribution, development, licensing, production, marketing, and other commercial agreements;
• Providing ongoing legal counsel across a range of fields, including intellectual property, digital media, and regulatory compliance.
• Some travel may be required.
