About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to help bring our campaigns to life online. This is a hands-on execution role focused on building and publishing web pages and emails — the kind of work that sits at the center of everything we ship.

It's a great fit if you're early in your marketing career and want to build real craft in web and email production within a fast-moving B2B team. You'll work closely with our digital marketing and web teams, getting visibility into how campaigns come together from brief to live.

What you'll do

Web publishing

  • Build and publish landing pages and content updates using our CMS, making sure everything is accurate, well-formatted and live on time
  • Work with the web team on page updates and campaign launches
  • Keep page templates and assets organized and up to date

Email production

  • Build emails in our marketing platform
  • Run QA checks on layouts, links and copy before every send
  • Maintain send schedules and support the coordination of email calendars

General marketing support

  • Pull data and help format reports or dashboards when needed
  • Keep d folders, templates and documentation tidy
  • Pitch in on ad hoc projects as the team's needs shift

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or digital production role (internships count)
  • Strong attention to detail — you catch things others miss and you care about getting it right
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and email marketing tools
  • Comfortable in Google Workspace and adaptable to new tools
  • Clear communicator in writing and in person
  • Curious about B2B marketing and eager to learn how campaigns actually come together

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Basic understanding of SEO or web analytics
  • Experience working within brand and design guidelines

Reporting structure

You'll report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing, working closely with senior managers across the marketing team on specific campaigns and priorities.

Here’s what you can expect when you

  1. Initial Interview
You’ll meet with someone from our People & Culture team. We’ll introduce you to LucidLink - our culture, product, and the way we work - and answer any initial questions you may have.
  2. Live Interview Assignment
In this live session with our Marketing team, you’ll collaborate on a real-world marketing challenge. We’re particularly interested in your attention to detail, structured thinking and execution approach. You’ll receive a setup checklist in advance to prepare before the interview.
  3. Final Interview
You’ll meet with the hiring manager for a structured conversation focused on your past experience and achievements. We’ll explore how you communicate, take ownership, and collaborate with others to drive results and improve processes.
