About Roebling

We're building Roebling, an AI-native capital projects platform aimed at enabling the rapid development of the industrial infrastructure required to power our future. Today, innovators face an outdated reality: getting to construction on projects big and small requires thousands of hours of repetitive, PDF- and spreadsheet-driven workflows with heavy QA/QC overhead. It's inefficient, slow, and largely unchanged for more than a century. Roebling is now reducing planning timelines by 10x to help companies bring new products to market faster. The technological foundation of Roebling's backend is a deterministic first-principles process model paired with major LLMs to deliver trusted output. Combined with a no-code project simulation engine that integrates aspects of chemical engineering, finance, and operations, our agentic environment informs and supports infrastructure investment decisions for industrial projects with 7-10 figure construction budgets. If you're motivated by using software and AI to unlock physical infrastructure, we'd love to chat!

About the Role

Do you want to learn how to run online and offline GTM campaigns? Do you have what it takes to run in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle whatever comes your way? The best opportunity to learn how a start up works is to join one at an early stage and experience the thrill for yourself.

As a GTM intern, you will support our marketing team through campaign execution, sales support, and data operations. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and GTM engineering.

This is a high-volume, high-ownership role for a curious and proactive person who wants real exposure to a fast-moving B2B GTM motion. You'll publish content, draft outreach, monitor communities where our buyers spend time, support events, and help keep our systems clean.

If you are eager to learn, finish what you start, and contribute across functions, this internship offers a unique chance to make a tangible impact and build skills across modern GTM.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Social and content creation: Publish to the Roebling brand account and repurpose long-form content into short-form across our channels.
  • Ecosystem marketing and PR: Support outreach for industry associations and podcasts.
  • Sales support: Help the Business Development team turn early stage pipeline and event signals into qualified conversations. Research accounts, draft outreach, and keep the pipeline moving.
  • Community presence: Run Roebling's Reddit and Quora presence across different subreddits and topics. Find threads worth our POV, draft responses, and surface top answers for repurposing.
  • Partnerships and events: Run outbound outreach for events and conferences and support the team on conference and event logistics.

What we’re looking for:

  • Undergraduate or graduate student from a top 4-year college or university
  • Prior experience bridging the gap between marketing and sales teams
  • Familiarity with AI-native marketing tools — ability to code is a plus
  • Willingness to experiment and try new things
  • Strong interest in content creation, growth marketing, or related fields
  • Excellent written communication skills, journalism background a plus

Compensation and duration:

  • Compensation: $20 - 30/hour for 30 hrs a week
  • Duration: June through August 2026

Our team aspires to hire great people and create an environment where we can be happy, feel challenged, and do our best work. It's an exciting time to join Roebling and build that environment from the ground up!

Benefits Include

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Daily lunch allowance
  • Coworking space (NYC, Boston, SF Bay Area)
  • Competitive compensation packages, including equity
  • Flexible PTO
  • 401(k)
  • Team offsites
