As Highlight continues its evolution toward a software-first platform, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help define how our product is positioned, explained, and brought to market.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the center of Highlight’s go-to-market strategy. The Product Marketing Manager will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to define how Highlight’s platform is positioned in the market and how our value is communicated across the entire customer journey. You will help translate market insight, customer feedback, and product innovation into clear narratives, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen our market position. This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will play a key role in shaping Highlight’s next phase of growth.
Define and evolve Highlight’s product positioning and market narrative
Translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value
Develop messaging frameworks for core ICPs and buyer personas
Maintain competitive positioning and differentiation in the market
Lead messaging and go-to-market planning for product launches and feature releases
Partner with Product and Demand Generation to ensure new capabilities are successfully introduced to the market
Develop launch plans that align across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Own and continuously evolve Highlight’s core pitch narrative
Develop sales enablement materials, including: Sales decks, Competitive battlecards, Objection handling frameworks and Use case messaging
Work closely with the Revenue team to refine messaging based on real sales conversations
Map messaging and content across the full customer journey
Translate customer insights, feedback, and research into compelling stories and positioning
Help the organization better understand how customers evaluate and purchase Highlight
Develop case studies, customer stories, and outcome-driven narratives
Turn product insights and research outcomes into clear value messaging
Support thought leadership and educational initiatives that position Highlight as a category leader
Within the first 90 days:
Sales teams are using a clear, consistent product narrative
Messaging across campaigns and outbound reflects strong differentiation
Product launches are supported by structured go-to-market plans
The organization has a stronger understanding of the customer journey and buyer motivations

Increased pipeline conversion

Stronger market understanding of Highlight’s value and differentiation
Experience in product marketing, strategy consulting, GTM strategy, or
Ability to synthesize multiple inputs (customer feedback, sales insight, market data) into clear market narratives
Strong strategic thinking around markets, positioning, and category development
Deep understanding of how enterprise buyers evaluate and purchase software
Ability to map messaging and enablement across the full customer journey
Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
Comfort working with data, research, and market insights
Background or familiarity with market research or consumer insights
Ability to translate research and data into clear messaging and positioning
Experience in early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments
Comfortable operating where processes and messaging are still evolving
Bias toward building, testing, and iterating quickly
4–8 years experience in product marketing, strategy, or go-to-market roles
Experience working closely with sales organizations in B2B SaaS
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing
Bonus experience:
Consumer insights, research technology, or CPG industries
Early-stage SaaS or startup environments
AI-enabled products or platforms
