Senior Paid Social Media Buyer

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Social Media Buyer to support a performance-driven digital marketing team working with growth-stage brands across multiple industries. This role combines hands-on campaign management, creative testing, full-funnel strategy, and performance analysis.

You’ll manage paid social campaigns, collaborate with creative and strategy teams, and turn campaign data into actionable recommendations that support growth and scalability.

Duties / Task to perform

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit, with Meta as the primary platform.
• Manage budgets, audiences, funnel segmentation, media plans, and testing strategies aligned with lead generation, sales, and signup goals.
• Develop creative testing frameworks and translate campaign needs into briefs for static, video, UGC, and motion content across TOF, MOF, and BOF stages.
• Set up and validate conversion tracking, including pixels, CAPI, and platform events, and use attribution tools to evaluate campaign performance.
• Analyze advertising and CRM data to identify creative wins, funnel gaps, lead quality trends, and scaling opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate insights, KPI results, and optimization recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative, CRO, SEO, and strategy teams to maintain aligned, high-performing campaigns.
• Support Google Ads campaign setup, tracking, QA, and optimization when needed.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of hands-on paid social campaign management experience.
• Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign builds, testing, budget pacing, and audience management.
• Experience with at least one additional platform: TikTok, Pinterest, or Reddit.
• Demonstrated ability to brief, test, optimize, and scale creative content for performance.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel planning, including TOF, MOF, and BOF strategies.
• Proficiency with performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, MER, and funnel health indicators.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or GoHighLevel to cross-reference advertising and lead data.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Experience with third-party attribution platforms such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Wicked Reports is a plus.
• Google Ads experience across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and/or Shopping is a strong plus.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Shopify or comparable eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Previous agency experience managing multiple accounts is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools such as Google Sheets and Looker Studio.
• Interest in using AI tools to support media planning and buying workflows is a plus.
