Responsibilities

While requirements vary depending on the role, strong candidates for corporate positions at Nabis often bring:

• Experience in high-growth startups, marketplaces, logistics, fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort operating in fast-paced and evolving environments
• A bias toward ownership, execution, and accountability
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Depending on the role, candidates may also bring experience in:

• Product development and platform design
• Financial modeling, accounting, and operational finance
• Data analysis and business intelligence

Qualifications

Qualifications will vary by role, but many corporate positions at Nabis include:

• 3–15+ years of professional experience depending on role and level
• Demonstrated success in a relevant functional discipline
• Experience working in complex or operationally intensive environments
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and leadership teams

Experience in regulated industries such as cannabis, alcohol, fintech, healthcare, or logistics can be a plus, but is not required.

• Base Salary: Competitive
• Additional compensation: Equity + bonus available, but dependent on job level
