We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who wants more than an internship — someone ambitious, curious, and eager to learn how global recruitment really works in practice. You’ll be exposed to the full recruitment lifecycle and work closely with experienced recruiters in a fast-paced, international environment.

What you will do:

  • Source and engage candidates globally using LinkedIn and other platforms

  • Conduct initial screening conversations with candidates

  • Learn how to evaluate profiles and identify strong talent for different roles

  • Support interview coordination across time zones and stakeholders

  • Maintain and update candidate data in our ATS

  • Gain exposure to market mapping and recruitment strategy

  • Help improve candidate experience through clear communication and follow-ups

  • Support employer branding and talent acquisition projects

What we are looking for:

  • Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields

  • Strong interest in recruitment, people, and global business

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • High motivation, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

  • Interest in LinkedIn sourcing or talent research is a plus, but not required
