We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who wants more than an internship — someone ambitious, curious, and eager to learn how global recruitment really works in practice. You’ll be exposed to the full recruitment lifecycle and work closely with experienced recruiters in a fast-paced, international environment.

Source and engage candidates globally using LinkedIn and other platforms
Conduct initial screening conversations with candidates
Learn how to evaluate profiles and identify strong talent for different roles
Support interview coordination across time zones and stakeholders
Maintain and update candidate data in our ATS
Gain exposure to market mapping and recruitment strategy
Help improve candidate experience through clear communication and follow-ups
Support employer branding and talent acquisition projects
Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
Strong interest in recruitment, people, and global business
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
High motivation, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
Interest in LinkedIn sourcing or talent research is a plus, but not required
Real, hands-on experience in global recruitment from day one
