About the Role
As an HR Operations Specialist at Scrambly, you will own and manage the full scope of HR operational processes, ensuring they are structured, scalable, and running smoothly across the company.
This is a highly hands-on role focused on execution, process building, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the backbone of HR operations — from onboarding and documentation to systems, workflows, and internal organization.
You will work closely with the HR function and team leads, ensuring that all people-related processes are consistent, efficient, and well-organized. Your work will directly impact employee experience, process scalability, and overall operational clarity within the company.
Your goal is to bring structure, automation, and reliability into all HR processes and eliminate operational chaos as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Own and manage the full employee lifecycle: preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding
- Ensure smooth and consistent onboarding experience for all new hires
- Coordinate employee exits, including access management, documentation, and communication
HR Documentation & Contracts
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, addendums, and offers
- Track document signing and ensure proper storage and organization
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation
HR Systems & Workflow Management
- Own and maintain HRM system
- Set up and improve workflows, automations, and data structures
- Ensure data accuracy and system consistency
- Continuously identify and eliminate manual work through automation
Operational & Administrative Support
- Handle operational HR-related tasks such as booking travel, accommodations, and logistics
- Support internal team operations and day-to-day HR needs
- Assist in organizing internal activities and team initiatives
Knowledge Base & Process Structure
- Maintain clear and structured HR documentation in Notion / ClickUp / Google Drive
- Ensure all processes, guides, and materials are up-to-date
- Eliminate duplication and bring clarity to internal systems
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations / HR Administration
- Experience working with HRM or ATS systems
- Strong process and systems thinking
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with HR documentation and internal processes
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Notion / ClickUp
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously
- English level: Intermediate+ (for internal communication and documentation)
