Hi, I'm Shane, the founder of Strive Innovation, an Amazon and e-commerce enterprise dedicated to health and wellness products. We're broadening our reach into dynamic and competitive niches. We sell on Amazon and operate a direct-to-consumer Shopify store, with plans to expand into marketplaces such as Walmart and TikTok.

Our team is small, but we're powerful, with team members based in the Philippines and Ireland.

We’re looking for an eCommerce Operations Manager who is organized, proactive and thrives in managing complex operations. Your role will be pivotal in helping me focus on growth strategies by ensuring our operations run seamlessly and efficiently.

In this role, you will:

• 📊 Track daily KPIs critical for business decisions and efficiency
• 🛠️ Review and resolve Amazon cases
• 👥 Manage freelancers and virtual assistants for projects like website development and content creation
• 🧾 Pull reports, record and verify invoices, and assist with financial tasks
• 📞 Communicate with manufacturers and ensure smooth operations
• 📈 Monitor and analyze marketing performance, implementing strategies with the team
• 🌍 Support expansion efforts into new marketplaces like Walmart and TikTok
• 🛠️ Solve problems and handle ad hoc tasks as needed
• 🚀 Build SOPs for different Team Members (CS, Supply Chain etc.)
• 📦 Monitor and optimise the Supply Chain operations (overseeing, not a hands-on forecasting)
• 🎯 Ensure the core team is accountable and working efficiently

Working Hours ⏰:

This is a full-time role, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT, with the flexibility to start at 8:00 AM or finish at 4:00 PM GMT.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have:

• ✅ Previous experience as Head of E-commerce Operations or similar role.
• ✅ Expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Listings and Shopify platforms.
• ✅ Experience in Project Management.
• ✅ Strong organizational skills with a focus on cost efficiency, ROI, and margins

Brownie Points for:

• ⭐ Experience in product development
• ⭐ In-depth knowledge of PPC or media buying
