We are hiring an Appointment Setter for our client, a clean, detail-driven design and development studio helping businesses turn sharp ideas into better websites, products, and digital systems.
Our client has been growing through referrals, strong work, and real relationships. Now they are ready to build a true outbound engine, and this role is the first key hire on that path.
You will work directly with the founder to find the right prospects, start real conversations, and book qualified sales calls with businesses that need better design, development, and digital support.
You start the day by opening Apollo, HubSpot, and Notion.
You review the target list, check the best-fit prospects, and look for companies where the studio could do great work. Maybe their website feels dated. Maybe their brand has strong potential but a weak digital presence. Maybe they are growing and need a better partner to help them move faster.
You write outreach that feels personal, clear, and human.
No spam blasts. No pushy sales tricks. The goal is to start good conversations with businesses that could truly benefit from the work.
Later, you follow up with warm replies, qualify interest, book calls, and update the CRM so the founder has a clean view of what is happening.
You end the day knowing you helped create real sales momentum where there was once mostly word of mouth.
You will help build the outbound sales engine from the ground up.
You will:
Research strong-fit prospects for design, development, and digital studio services
Build lead lists using Apollo and other tools
Write and send personalized outbound messages
Start conversations through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Qualify prospects and book sales calls
Track outreach, replies, and next steps in HubSpot and Notion
Test new messaging angles and improve what is working
Bring ideas to improve the sales process, targeting, and follow-up
Work directly with the founder to build a simple, repeatable system
You have experience with outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation
You are hungry, self-driven, and motivated by results
You can write clear, natural English that does not sound robotic
You know how to research prospects and spot good opportunities
You are comfortable using Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, or similar tools
You can work independently without needing constant direction
You enjoy testing, learning, and improving your outreach
You are organized enough to keep a clean pipeline
You are comfortable working remotely with a global team
You need every step handed to you
You only know how to send generic mass emails
You are too pushy or aggressive in your sales style
You avoid follow-up or give up after one message
You do not enjoy research, writing, and testing outreach
You are not excited about helping build a sales system from scratch
Experience booking calls for an agency, design studio, or development company
Experience selling to local businesses, startups, or service companies
Strong LinkedIn outbound experience
Experience building outbound systems from zero
A track record of booking qualified meetings through cold outreach
You will help build the first real outbound engine for a growing studio
You will work directly with a founder who wants you to own your lane
