Deblock
Deblock has landed in Italy. We're not doing it the usual way. We're diving deep in only one city first. Milan. And we need someone on the ground to make it happen.
This isn't a role for a distant executive; it's for a hands-on builder. You will report directly to the ExCo and VP of Marketing, acting as the bridge between high-level strategy and boots-on-the-ground execution. You will own the "Trust & Growth" engine for the Milan market. When Milan is won, you'll have built the playbook that takes us everywhere else. πΊοΈ π
Product: Analyse our product fit, generate insights for improvements and feature advances to make Deblock THE best neo-bank in Milan.
Network building: Grow our external testing panel, and grow our organic base in the city. Build a deep passionate community.
Ground intelligence: Track what works and what doesnβt, direct the product evolution and brand positioning. Be the person who actually knows what's happening on the ground, and can respond to market stimulus.
BizDev DNA: You understand how to open doors, build a local pipeline, and turn relationships into commercial partnerships on the ground in Milan.

Quantitative and structured: Able to formulate clear insights and direct feedback to product teams. Clarity of thought brings consistency of output.
Exceptional grit and self-direction: You are a self starter, and have a founder mentality. No hurdle is too big.
Fluent Italian and English
1+ years of experience in business development or operations
Experience in fintech, neo-banking, or a fast-growing consumer app
Track record of building communities or running grassroots campaigns
You have a founder mentality
