We are seeking a strategic, proactive, and detail oriented Lead Influencer Manager to drive influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives across key platforms. We partner with some of the most ambitious and culturally relevant DTC brands today, including leaders in beauty, food and beverage, health/wellness/fitness, and sports brands. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and measurable growth.
This is a junior-to-mid level role ideal for someone early in their influencer or affiliate marketing career who is highly organized, responsive, and eager to learn. The Influencer Coordinator will play a critical role in keeping affiliate programs running smoothly by managing day-to-day creator communications, responding to inbound messages, and sending outbound prospecting emails to recruit new affiliates.
You’ll support multiple brands while working closely with senior influencer managers, gaining hands-on experience across TikTok Shop, affiliate platforms, and creator partnerships.
Respond to inbound affiliate and creator messages across TikTok, email, and affiliate platforms in a timely and professional manner
Send outbound prospecting emails and DMs to recruit new creators and affiliates
Assist with creator onboarding for TikTok Shop and affiliate programs
Help manage product seeding logistics and creator follow-ups
Support outreach flows, tracking responses, and maintaining organized creator lists
briefs, guidelines, and expectations with creators as directed by senior team members
Track creator deliverables and flag missing or late content
Assist with basic reporting on affiliate performance and content output
Monitor creator content for basic quality control and alignment with brand guidelines
Stay up to date on TikTok trends, creators, and emerging affiliate opportunities
1–2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, or a related role (internships count)
Familiarity with TikTok, creators, and social commerce
Strong written communication skills and confidence emailing and messaging creators
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
Comfortable working through high volumes of messages and outreach
Eager to learn performance-driven influencer and affiliate marketing
Basic understanding of affiliate programs or platforms (TikTok Affiliate Center, LTK, Amazon, etc.) is a plus
Excellent English proficiency with a neutral accent (Mexico or South Africa preferred)
Have used tools like Reacher, Social Snowball, or similar outreach/affiliate platforms
Have experience managing creator inboxes or customer-facing communications
Are comfortable working in spreadsheets and tracking outreach metrics
Are proactive, dependable, and enjoy operational work that keeps programs moving
Are solutions-oriented with a collaborative attitude and low ego.

You are comfortable working independently and pushing tasks forward to completion
You communicate clearly and consistently, keeping the team informed on outreach progress, creator responses, and blockers
