As the Activation Product Manager, you’ll own a critical piece of the customer journey: build and lead our product-led growth motion.
Today, thousands of early-stage companies discover Anrok, but our sales-assisted onboarding can’t scale with growing volume. We're leaving growth on the table. Our vision is for Anrok to be in every company's founding stack: you get incorporated in Delaware, buy Rippling, buy Anrok.
We need someone to transform our onboarding experience from sales-assisted to self-serve so companies can get compliant in minutes, not days — and then grow with us into becoming the next generation of enterprise customers.

Have 6+ years product management experience, 3+ years building B2B products
Are excited by bringing clarity to ambiguous problems
Enjoy wearing different hats in a lean environment
Think like a GM with strong product and business instincts
Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Lead with curiosity, understanding, and a growth mindset
