What You'll Do
The Quality Associate is responsible for executing day-to-day quality program activities, including coordinating resources, maintaining documentation, and supporting quality improvement work. This role partners with cross-functional teams to carry out Quality Management program deliverables and ensure timely follow-through on multiple initiatives and ongoing core components of the Quality program.
Essential Functions
- Execute day-to-day Quality Management program operations, coordinating resources and maintaining required documentation.
- Support quality assurance activities to meet contractual specifications and internal/external accreditation requirements.
- Manage and optimize Power Apps used for quality workflows (audit tracking, delegation oversight, credentialing monitoring, policy governance).
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards supporting: NCQA adherence, delegation oversight metrics, non-clinical audit performance, value-based contract quality metrics, HEDIS-related operational tracking (as applicable).
- Provides structured oversight to non-clinical audit operations, including audit universe management, sampling methodology, corrective action tracking, and remediation monitoring.
- Acts as a resource on quality initiatives tied to patient safety, harm reduction, clinical performance, and regulatory/accreditation compliance.
- Contribute to workgroups by managing deliverables, developing reports/research outputs, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage Quality working groups and stakeholder engagement by preparing meeting materials, capturing notes/action items, and assisting with communication plans (other duties as assigned).
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years combined of health care related education, experience, or certification.
