About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across large and complex organizations. This role is designed for a commercially astute sales leader with a strong background in enterprise technology, SaaS, or AI solutions, capable of navigating long sales cycles and engaging senior stakeholders.

You will be responsible for building and closing high-value enterprise opportunities while working closely with internal product and technical teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute enterprise sales initiatives across strategic accounts

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to deal closure

  • Develop and manage relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders

  • Navigate complex sales environments, including multi-stakeholder decision processes

  • Coordinate with product, technical, and delivery teams to shape client solutions

  • Manage long sales cycles, complex negotiations, and commercial agreements

  • Represent high-level client meetings, presentations, and industry events

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development

  • Strong track record selling enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or digital technology solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value sales cycles

  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong communication and executive-level presentation capabilities

Preferred

  • Experience selling into large enterprises or regulated environments

  • Exposure to AI platforms, data solutions, or advanced technology products

  • Experience collaborating with technical and solution architecture teams
