Houzz is looking for an Implementation Specialist who will play a role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for our Custom pros by managing the migration of data from their existing systems into our platform. You’ll work closely with customers post-sale and prior to the initial onboarding meeting to understand their business needs, gather and assess their data, and ensure it is cleaned, formatted, and imported into Houzz Pro. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating across teams, facilitating consultations, and acting as a trusted partner to help our pros hit the ground running. You’ll be working to migrate various types of data, such as leads, clients, vendors, cost codes, and estimates, ensuring everything fits within the structure of our system.
You should have a base understanding with data in spreadsheets (Google, Excel, etc) while also being comfortable speaking directly with customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fast-moving, and self-sufficient. Able to juggle multiple migration projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working directly with customers and takes pride in setting them up for success, this role is for you!
