Hi there! We are Lone Star Markets - a business that provides unattended retail markets inside apartment buildings across the United States.
Think of a small, self-service store located right in the lobby - stocked with snacks, drinks, ice cream, protein bars, and everyday essentials - where residents can simply grab what they need and check out contactlessly. It’s convenient, simple, and quickly becoming a must-have amenity in modern multifamily buildings.
We started this company because we saw a clear opportunity: apartment residents want easy access to everyday items without leaving their building.
Since launching, we’ve grown quickly and built strong partnerships with property managers and ownership groups. Our team is small, focused, and entrepreneurial, and we’re now expanding our sales team to help bring our markets to more buildings across the country.
We’re looking for an Account Executive who thrives on building relationships and turning opportunities into signed partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who loves sales conversations, takes full ownership of their pipeline, and is motivated by results and growth.
Your main focus will be converting inbound and warm leads into new partnerships while managing the sales process from first conversation to signed agreement.
This is a full-time role working 8am-5pm EST (6h overlap required ideally to 3pm EST).

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and driven by results. You’re someone who takes full ownership of your pipeline, follows up persistently, and builds genuine relationships with clients. You’re comfortable in a fast-moving environment, communicate clearly, and are motivated by growth and performance-based rewards.
You’ll report to the Founder and Sales Leader, who previously worked in investment banking before leaving the industry to co-found the company with his brother and build the business from the ground up.
