We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in the health and wellness industry. This fully remote role is essential to fueling our growth by driving top-of-funnel activities, engaging with potential clients, and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
This position operates during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Make 20+ live cold calls daily
Conduct outbound prospecting via call
Follow up promptly with inbound leads
Research accounts and build targeted prospect lists
Support the team in achieving 2 closed sales per week
Complete 50–100 outbound dials based on provided leads
Conduct 100–250 follow-up calls from customer events
Process customer payments as part of the sales cycle
Update and maintain CRM records regularly
Proven B2C sales experience, preferably in health and wellness
Strong cold calling experience with consistent daily call volume
Experience selling to an older demographic (ages 50–70)
Demonstrated success selling high-ticket products or services
Excellent communication, objection-handling, and rapport-building skills
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics
Experience using CRM tools to track pipeline and activities
