Across the Nordics, the company continues to expand and is therefore now looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth across the Finnish market.
As Sales Manager Finland, you will be responsible for managing existing key accounts while actively creating new business opportunities. This role combines technical solution sales, business development, and long-term relationship management, with a strong focus on prospecting and new client acquisition. You will work remotely from anywhere in Finland, collaborating closely with the local team and Nordic leadership. The role includes customer visits, technical demonstrations, and commercial discussions with a diverse range of clients, including private companies and state-owned organizations. For the right candidate, this role also offers the possibility of taking on a Managing Director position.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying and converting new market opportunities through proactive prospecting and sales efforts
Conduct customer meetings both digitally and on-site
Deliver technical product demonstrations of both hardware and software
Manage complex solution sales with long sales cycles
Collaborate closely with support, back office, and Nordic leadership
Contribute strategically to the continued expansion of the Finnish market
You are a proactive and accomplished salesperson with strong technical expertise. You thrive on generating new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing relationships and are comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical decision-makers.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales
Experience in prospecting and acquiring new clients
Strong technical understanding and ability to sell complex solutions
Experience managing long sales cycles and enterprise-level deals
Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
Willingness to travel across Finland
Driver’s license
Experience from measurement systems, DAQ, sensors, or test & measurement, or similar technical fields
Previous experience with public procurement
Previous experience managing a team/personnel responsibility
