We are strengthening our team and looking for new Senior Systems Specialist to join our Implementation Services organization in United Kingdom. Role can be done remotely within United Kingdom.

As a Systems Specialist, you will work closely with your team in both national and international customer projects by sharing your knowledge and sparring with your colleagues. With the help of a great, competent team, you get to work in significant projects that profoundly change the way our customers do business in the digital, work-from-anywhere world!

Your daily work consists mostly of consulting with direct customers and M-Files partners in M-Files projects. You will be supporting our customers in developing their business processes with the use of our product.

Your main responsibilities include defining business requirements with the customer and planning a system design with the ascertained requirements. By choosing the correct methods of implementation with scalability and maintenance in mind, you ensure a high customer value throughout the solution's lifecycle. You will also participate in the continuous development of our implementation practices.

We are looking for team players, who are inspired of learning new, working in project mode and working together with the team. We value the will to solve customer's technical issues, we value a consultative way of working and good communications skills.

To ensure your success, you will receive extensive onboarding to the M‑Files product, and you will have both a mentor and a tutor dedicated to helping you onboard smoothly and confidently.

Requirements

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Experience in various different integrations between IT systems
  • 5 year of experience in consulting work
  • Experience in working in the customer interface
  • Ability and passion to learn about IT systems
  • Analytical skills to understand customer requirements
  • Fluency in English, other language skills are considered as an advantage
  • B.Sc or M.Sc degree (or equivalent) in computer science, IT, engineering, or in other technical or commercial field
  • Understanding of software development and how programming can be utilized in implementations (C#, JavaScript, HTML)
  • Readiness to travel domestically and abroad

Additionally, we value competence in some of these areas:

  • Various IT-systems and databases
  • Corporate IT infrastructure (Windows Server, Databases, Network Infrastructure)
  • Other technologies: M-Files, Windows, Azure, SQL Server, .NET
  • Experience of document management systems
  • Experience in documenting specifications and tools used for it (e.g.MS Office)
