– Alicia Strait, VP of Talent, TRM Labs
Once TRM wins a customer, our Post-Sales, Investigations, and Compliance teams are what turn that relationship into real impact. These teams help agencies build cases, help institutions manage risk, and help customers get lasting value from our platform.
As a Team Lead, Post-Sales Recruiter, you’ll own TRM’s most strategic and mission-critical searches across Customer Success, Global Investigations, Compliance, and Revenue Operations while serving as a mentor and force multiplier for the recruiting pod.
You’ll manage your own requisitions while also driving team initiatives, strengthening operating rhythms, sharing best practices, and helping recruiters perform at their best. As the day-to-day peer leader closest to the work, you’ll support prioritization, calibration, problem-solving, and execution while reducing operating overhead for the manager.
Your success will be measured by the quality, velocity, and business impact of your hires—as well as your ability to mentor teammates and elevate the performance of the broader pod.
How this role differs from a Senior or Staff Recruiter: You’ll own not only your searches, but also the operating rhythm, unblocking, experimentation, and outcomes of the broader post-sales recruiting pod. You’ll set the standard for exceptional partnership with executive stakeholders and model excellence for the team.
The impact you'll have:
Leading the pod:
Run executive level Post-Sales hiring syncs, driving the cadence, priorities, and follow-through for the team and its hiring managers.
Represent the Post-Sales pod in headcount and workforce-planning discussions with Talent leadership, bringing the on-the-ground view from being closest to the department leads.
Bubble up what's happening across the Post-Sales recruiting team — risks, wins, market signals, and blockers — so the manager and VP stay informed.
Drive solutioning and experimentation with the team, testing new sourcing angles, processes, and ideas and unblocking searches when they stall.
Help the team execute on retros and decision docs, turning what you learn into durable improvements.
Shape and roll out new processes and changes to the pod: when the team adopts a new way of working, much of it comes from you.
Owning your own searches:
Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and business-critical roles across Customer Success, Global Investigations, Compliance, Revenue Operations, and adjacent GTM/business functions.
Act as a strategic talent partner to executive stakeholders; advising on market dynamics, candidate calibration, hiring strategy, and close approach.
Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies that identify, engage, and close exceptional post-sales talent from high-growth technology, fintech, crypto, public sector, and financial services environments.
Develop deep market maps for priority searches that include competitive talent, high-performing corporate functions, and referral-driven networks.
Create an exceptional candidate experience for senior and specialized talent, so every touchpoint reflects TRM's talent bar, mission, and operating principles.
Use data, market insight, and funnel conversion metrics to diagnose search health, influence hiring teams, and adjust strategy in real time.
Serve as a craft leader on the Talent team, raising the bar for sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and strategic search execution.
What we're looking for:
10+ years of recruiting experience, with 7+ years of experience owning post-sales searches in high-growth technology companies.
Experience leading or setting direction for a recruiting pod including running hiring syncs, unblocking other recruiters' searches, and driving team experimentation — whether or not you've formally managed people.
A track record of taking operating overhead off a manager's plate: owning team cadence, process rollouts, retros, and decision docs so the group runs as a tight unit.
Proven success hiring senior and specialized talent across Customer Success, Global Investigations, Compliance, Revenue Operations, and adjacent GTM/business
Strong search fundamentals including market mapping, talent intelligence, passive candidate engagement, confidential search management, and senior-level closing.
The ability to quickly understand complex corporate roles across post-sales functions.
Strong analytical ability to interpret recruiting metrics, funnel health, conversion rates, and pipeline quality, and translate them into action for yourself and the team.
Exceptional stakeholder management, building trust, influencing senior leaders, pushing back thoughtfully, and operating as a strategic advisor throughout the process.
Excellent written and verbal executive presence, including synthesizing market insight, candidate tradeoffs, and search progress clearly for executive audiences.
High ownership, persistence, and judgment in navigating ambiguous, confidential, business-critical searches.
A demonstrated ability to balance speed with quality while holding a high talent bar for post-sales hiring.
