Focus: Privacy-Compliant AI Solutions for the European Market
I am looking for a technical Co-Founder or Co-Architect to build AI solutions for the European market together with me — with a strong focus on data privacy, local language models, and independent infrastructure instead of relying on large cloud providers.
I’m looking for someone with at least 5–10 years of experience in IT, who brings deep technical understanding and the ambition to build something from the ground up.
Ideally, you are a true tech nerd in the best sense: You love taking on new technological challenges, enjoy experimenting with new tools, frameworks, and architectures, and are not afraid to dive into both software and infrastructure topics.
Whether it’s AI architecture, local LLMs, backend systems, DevOps, Kubernetes, security, data privacy, or scalable infrastructure — you should enjoy solving complex problems and exploring new paths.
We want to develop AI solutions for companies in Europe that are:
privacy-compliant and GDPR-friendly
based on local or self-hosted language models
not fully dependent on OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, AWS, or other large cloud providers
secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready
focused on solving real business problems rather than just building “AI demos”
The focus is on practical AI applications for businesses, such as internal knowledge systems, intelligent assistants, automation, document analysis, RAG systems, local LLM infrastructure, and AI workflows.
As Co-Founder / Co-Architect, you will work closely with me on the technical vision, architecture, and execution.
Your responsibilities may include:
Shaping the technical product strategy
Designing AI, backend, and infrastructure architectures
Building local LLM setups and RAG systems
Evaluating and integrating new AI technologies
Developing scalable and secure systems
Building prototypes, MVPs, and later production-ready solutions
Selecting suitable open-source models, tools, and frameworks
Thinking through data privacy, security, compliance, and operations
Acting as a technical sparring partner at eye level
Ideally, you bring:
5–10+ years of experience in IT, software development, architecture, or infrastructure
Strong technical understanding across multiple domains
Experience with cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructure
Interest or experience in AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, or machine learning
Knowledge of backend development, APIs, and system architecture
Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or DevOps is a plus
Understanding of data privacy, security, and European regulatory requirements
Entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to build something from scratch
Self-initiative, curiosity, and a passion for experimentation

Someone who does more than just execute tasks — someone who thinks along, challenges ideas, contributes their own perspective, and helps shape a long-term technical vision.
