The opportunity

The recruitment industry is broken. It's inefficient, expensive, and relies on outdated methods. We see an opportunity to build AI-powered systems that making placements happen faster and more accurately than ever before.

The role

You'll be a founding technical co-founder, not an employee. This means architecting the product vision, making core technical decisions, and building the initial systems that prove the concept works. You'll have complete ownership over how we solve this problem technically, from AI implementation to product architecture.

What you'll actually be doing

  • Defining the technical architecture and product roadmap alongside the founding team

  • Building AI systems for recruitment automation using LLMs and intelligent agents

  • Creating the initial MVP and proving the concept with early customers

  • Making all core technical decisions about stack, infrastructure, and product direction

  • Participating in accelerator programs and funding processes

  • Recruiting and eventually leading the technical team as we scale

  • Shaping company strategy and business direction as a founding team member

This is a co-founder role with complete creative freedom and strategic input.

What we need from you

Must have:

  • Deep experience with LLMs and AI systems (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)

  • Strong full-stack engineering ability to build and ship independently

  • Entrepreneurial drive and comfort with extreme ambiguity

  • Strong product intuition and ability to identify what users actually need

  • Ability to relocate to or already based in the United States for accelerator programs

  • Willingness to commit long-term to building something significant

Bonus points:

  • Experience in recruitment tech or understanding hiring workflows

  • Previous startup founding or early-stage experience

  • Track record of building products from zero to launch

  • Comfort with business strategy and go-to-market thinking
