The opportunity

The recruitment industry is broken. It's inefficient, expensive, and relies on outdated methods. We see an opportunity to build AI-powered systems that making placements happen faster and more accurately than ever before.

The role

You'll build on our existing infrastructure while creating new systems from scratch, improving current features, scaling backend architecture, and owning entire product releases from concept to deployment. You'll make the technical calls that define how people work, earn, and grow through our platforms.

What you'll actually be doing

  • Designing and shipping full-stack features:

    • Backend APIs, database architecture, frontends, and AI integrations

  • Scaling and optimizing platform infrastructure

  • Debugging production issues and monitoring costs

  • Making product decisions alongside the founding team

This is a hands-on builder role with huge creative freedom.

What we need from you

  • Full-stack engineering experience from concept to deployment

  • Ability to prototype quickly and deploy full product pages using tools like Windsurf or Cursor

  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React Router/Remix or Next.js

  • Strong AWS background (RDS, API Gateway, SES, Lambda) and serverless infrastructure

  • Experience with REST APIs, LLM implementation, and prompt engineering

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast

  • Strong product intuition and eye for design

How it works
