What Are We Looking For?

Building on our 30 years of success, we are looking to expand our team by hiring two tele-sales enthusiasts: one for our team in Quebec.

Requirements:

  • Sales or customer service experience: At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role. This includes the ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in French and English is required for the Maritime position.
  • Results-oriented: Demonstrated commitment to meeting weekly and monthly sales targets. Ability to work under pressure to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Skilled negotiator: Ability to negotiate effectively to close sales and meet customer needs.
  • Resilient and motivated: Ability to face adversity, stay positive, and persevere through challenges. Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve goals.
  • Strong business sense: Understanding of business practices, including identifying sales opportunities and confidently offering products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Familiarity with remote work: Comfort with remote work, including the use of remote collaboration tools and technologies. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Training: Initial training and a willingness to continually learn and stay updated with the latest first aid practices and products are essential.
