We are Innovation Labs Limited, an ambitious early-stage venture studio, founded by Niels Vugteveen (co-founder of Fundsup.co and Remote.io, with extensive experience in management and C-level positions at Rocket Internet companies).

At Innovation Labs, we're building multiple ventures, including Remote.io and finance-related products. Our goal is to create a unified platform that integrates work and financial products. In addition, we are excited to expand into the lifestyle sector with brands in textiles, beauty, and health.

Our real strength is and should continue to be our team, and this is your chance to be part of something big from the ground up. We've bootstrapped our efforts, gaining traction and revenue. While we're confident in our ability to continue growing without excessive funding, we're in advanced talks with investors to accelerate our growth even further.

Your Role

We are looking for a Co-founder / CTO who can take full ownership of our tech stack and lead the technical development of our existing and new products. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the company and lead additional ventures within Innovation Labs. Initially, the role could be part-time until funding is secured.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own the Entire Tech Stack: Manage and evolve our tech stack, which is primarily built on AWS, overseeing infrastructure, front-end, and back-end development to ensure seamless functionality.
• Innovate and Build: Develop innovative, scalable, and high-performance solutions that align with both the company's immediate needs and long-term vision.
• Collaborate and Scale: Work closely with leadership to recruit, mentor, and guide the development team. Establish best practices, streamline workflows, and shape the technical direction as the company expands.

Your Qualifications:

• Extensive AWS Experience: Strong expertise in managing and optimizing the AWS stack, including AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js), PHP (Laravel), with a focus on clean, efficient code.
• Expertise in serverless architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Proven ability to take ownership of the product and lead development from concept to execution.
• Excellent product intuition and ability to build beautiful, usable software experiences.
• Resourceful, action-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLM) and AI-driven technologies.
• Familiarity with blockchain solutions, particularly layer 1 technologies.
