• Worked at Eighteen Project (Ora Developers, Saif Group, Kohistan Builders and Developers with Reputed Multinational Consultant companies (ProMag, Hill International and Meinhardt) under Astral Constructors (Pvt) Ltd • Supervised the finishing and MEP execution of 40 villas in a mega project. • Worked as a part of Building Contractor with experience in installation, execution, Testing and commissioning operation and maintenance of MEP works • Preparation of all Project related design, Engineering documents (Material Submittal, Document submittal, RFIs) • Understood the scope of work (BOQ) and prepare making correction, Review shop drawings as per site conditions • Preparation of daily site reports, Inspection request on regular basis as per site condition • Proper coordination with project design and contract team and making sure, if any changes comes in design or contract • Proper Coordination with civil construction team and management for solution of any technical issue during execution. • Proper coordination with project consultant and subcontractors • Liaising with consultant for site inspection • Planning and coordinating at the site to complete the work on schedule • Directly responsible for the safety of all personnel of the project by assuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety and environmental standards
