GE Vernova – PC is a global provider of power conversion solutions and MV Drive systems for industrial and energy applications. • Design mechanical solutions for MV7000 Medium Voltage Drive systems, including cabinet layouts, equipment packaging, support structures, and mechanical integration. • Lead mechanical engineering activities for the MV7000 product line, coordinating design deliverables, supporting project execution, and resolving technical issues across multiple projects. • Develop 3D models, sheet metal parts, manufacturing drawings, and mechanical BOMs using Creo and Teamcenter. • Perform busbar sizing and routing, clearance and creepage verification, and cable routing within space-constrained electrical enclosures. • Design mechanical assemblies using Rittal enclosures, including skids, fabricated parts, mounting structures, and busbar support systems. • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams across Germany, France, and India to resolve design issues, support manufacturing, and deliver projects on schedule. • Mentor new engineers by conducting training sessions on mechanical design practices, Creo, Teamcenter, and engineering workflows to support faster onboarding. • Serve as a member of the HR Taskforce, coordinating onboarding of new hires, assigning buddies, and acting as the interface between HR and the Power Electronics engineering team. • Completed a 5-month international assignment in Berlin, Germany, developing standardized component libraries and Teamcenter resources to improve design consistency and reduce engineering effort. Key Achievements: • Received the GE Vernova Way – Accountable Award for achieving an 8% reduction in engineering costs through the Tokamak Liebherr U7315 project and MV7000 VX standardization initiatives. • Received the Deliver with Focus Award for successful execution and commissioning support of the Ebensee MV7000 project. • Received the Act with Humility Award for leading HR Taskforce initiatives, coordinating new hire onboarding, and driving employee engagement activities.

• Supported mechanical design and detailed engineering for Medium Voltage Drive systems, earning a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) as one of only 3 out of 16 interns selected for a full-time role. • Developed a standardized fastener library, reducing engineering effort and improving design consistency across projects

• Conducted design optimization of a Miniature Stirling Cryocooler Regenerator to enhance thermal efficiency for defense applications.

• Conducted community surveys and collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify sustainable livelihood opportunities for underprivileged women. • Contributed to the StreEmployee pilot initiative through beneficiary outreach, data collection, and stakeholder engagement
