I'm a leasing consultant. I work with prospects to obtain housing, ensure quality of living space, coordinate service requests with available technicians, and handle and appropriately direct questions and concerns for residents. My growth potential has slowed at my current employer and I am looking for new and rewarding opportunities where I can grow and refine my professional skills. I am proficient with modern technology, often acting as resource for old and new coworkers and teaching them how to effectively utilize our leasing software. Customer service is one of my strongest skill-sets alongside my ability to communicate information, both verbally and in writing. I've worked many industries from retail to housing/property management to advertising, and am always eager to learn and gain new skills and abilities.

I'm always open for growth and development of my current skills, and developing new skills. Ideally I would like to find something that aligns with my morals and interests, that helps me to make a positive impact on those I would serve and work with, and really mean something to me and my life, and those around me.

While I've been employed with Monarch since 3/2022, I was acquired by the company when they purchased Avalon Place Apartments at the time I was employed there, beginning 9/2021. I am a leasing consultant, assisting individuals and families seeking housing; additionally, I assist current residents of the community with maintenance requests, general leasing questions, and whatever else may come my way via phone, email, or walk-ins.
