Experience

McCann

Associate Director, Project Management

McCann

Aug 2014 – Jul 2026

Directed planning and development of Verizon's scope of work — McCann's largest account, valued at $30M+ and staffed by a team of 50 — tracking progress across 50+ workstreams, monitoring budget via swaps and incremental projects, and reporting to client marketing and procurement teams. Headed onboarding of U.S. Bank in partnership with McCann Detroit leadership, establishing a quality assurance and documentation standards process with Craft; expanded the Project Management discipline across Detroit's client roster and introduced scope and hours management practices alongside Business leads. Transitioned the Verizon Cross-Channel business from the incumbent agency, developing the scope and resourcing plan to inherit the $2M account and implementing agency workflow and process across 12 workstreams. Stepped into the lead Project Manager role on Verizon and, following that engagement, on Frontier (fiber internet) after winning the account in a competitive new business pitch; managed up to 12 concurrent projects at a time, including major campaigns for the Frontier platform launch, NFL and YouTube TV sponsorships, and the Holiday season. Spearheaded onboarding of Kimberly-Clark's portfolio of global consumer brands, including requirements and scope development, pricing approvals via Decideware, and alignment with procurement on QBR reporting and forward capability planning. Launched PwC's first global campaign and rebrand across 10+ international cities, securing high-profile media placements at major global airports and events including Davos and The Masters. Managed vendor selection and output review for generative AI-produced video, imagery, and synthetic-human content on PwC's campaign, partnering with legal and talent teams on usage rights and aligning with the client on their AI stance; also piloted a synthetic audience for creative research and testing. Delivered an integrated Qualcomm campaign spotlighting chip and laptop performance, including a long-form film and social-led sweepstakes built around the brand's partnership with F1's AMG Academy, plus on-stage keynote content for the CEO and CMO and on- and off-stage activation concepts for Qualcomm's annual summit and industry events such as SXSW. Directed booth design, content development, and on-site activations for State Street Global Advisors at finance industry conferences and client events, delivering client-facing experiences for institutional audiences. Led a team of Project Managers across Chick-fil-A, Cigna, State Street Global Advisors, and Nespresso, and trained and mentored new hires on the Verizon account. Acted as the primary link to C-suite executives across agency and client organizations — reporting business and financial health, resolving key risks and strategic decisions, and chairing client governance forums and quarterly business reviews for CEO, CCO, CSO, COO, and CMO stakeholders.
