Most recently at AT&T / Quadtech, Inc., I lead transformation initiatives for the United States Courts, guiding governance alignment and operational readiness across complex Federal infrastructure transitions.
My work spans cloud modernization, cybersecurity governance, and AI operational governance, with hands-on experience in NIST controls, POA&M governance, and vendor oversight.
