B2B communication and management platform for large franchise and retail networks in Brazil. • Built and maintained web features for a B2B platform using Svelte, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, translating product requirements into maintainable component designs and user-facing improvements used daily by 100+ franchise and retail networks. • Developed and maintained the iOS and Android apps in Flutter, addressing platform-specific workflows including authentication and captcha handling. • Owned the web and mobile release cycles — including designing and building the web CI/CD pipeline — shipping ~2 web releases per week and monthly mobile releases, keeping deliveries predictable and low risk. • Led AI adoption for the engineering team by defining AI-assisted development workflows and implementation guidelines adopted across a 6-engineer team. • Championed technical documentation through internal docs, dashboards, and best-practice guides that improved how other teams adopted engineering solutions. • Contributed across the full product lifecycle: feature implementation, refactoring, debugging, performance improvements, and code review.
