I am a software developer with experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since early 2023, currently working as a Software Developer II. Over the past several years, I have developed expertise in backend development, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems. My work spans Java, Python, and SQL, with frameworks like Spring Boot and React. I have built and migrated microservices on AWS using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker. I have also worked extensively with Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Apache Parquet to optimize data pipelines and automate processes across multiple regions.

I’m looking for Backend or Software Engineer II opportunities focused on building scalable, reliable distributed systems. I enjoy solving problems around performance, high-volume data processing, reliability, and event-driven architectures. I’m looking for a product-focused, collaborative team where I can take end-to-end ownership, strengthen my system design expertise, and continue learning through challenging engineering problems.

• Led migration of an end-of-day client valuation statement service from on-premise to the firm’s internal cloud – provisioned the host via Terraform from scratch, installed agents through microservices, containerised and deployed the application, and performed end-to-end testing to validate production readiness. • Automated the manual daily break resolution process across 3 regions by building a Spring Boot scheduled job that queries PostgreSQL every 2 hours, publishes failed events to a dedicated MSK topic, and triggers downstream adapters for reprocessing – eliminating T+1 delays, isolating recovery traffic from the BAU pipeline, and freeing up 2 team members previously managing this manually. • Onboarding 2 new downstream consumers to an existing high-volume data feed – gathering requirements, building new data attributes, coordinating across 4 downstream teams to validate no regressions, and maintaining sign-off documentation to prevent future disputes.
