About

I help schools, charities, education providers and purpose-driven organisations better understand and engage the children and young people they serve. With over 17 years’ experience spanning international schools, children’s safeguarding charities, wellbeing education, youth participation and curriculum design, I specialise in creating programmes, resources and engagement strategies that strengthen student voice, agency and belonging. My work includes designing wellbeing and safeguarding curricula, facilitating student consultations and focus groups, developing participation frameworks, creating educational content and training materials, and supporting organisations to embed meaningful youth engagement into their culture and decision-making. Having worked in the British international school context in Asia, I bring a global perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges facing internationally mobile children, young people and school communities.
