•Analysis and mapping of the end-to-end Supply Chain (maritime import, transit, customs clearance, storage and distribution of fuels). •Tracking import logistics operations: coordination with freight forwarders, documentary management (BL, certificates, customs declarations). •Formalization of the procurement process from importation to final delivery, in view of IMS certification. •Development of operational procedures and import/export process flowcharts. •Definition of KPIs for monitoring transport and distribution operations. •Identification of operational, regulatory and QHSE risks related to import operations.

•Daily coordination of a project team in an Agile environment and facilitation of Daily Stand-up meetings. •Planning, creation, prioritization and assignment of tasks via Jira to ensure efficient activity tracking. •Project progress monitoring, team coordination and dependency management. •Preparation of project documentation, minutes and progress reports on Confluence. •Monitoring of KPIs, deliverables and deadlines to ensure successful project execution. •Identification, tracking and resolution of obstacles impacting project progress and team performance.

•Reliability study of critical equipment in the TSP fertilizer production unit (DAP-107DEF). •Analysis of critical failures and implementation of a preventive maintenance plan. •Improvement of equipment availability through Lean actions (Pareto, FMEA, autonomous maintenance). •Measurable improvement of availability rate and reduction of unplanned downtime costs.

•Optimization of material flow in the pretreatment and horizontal lacquering line through ARENA simulation. •Process analysis and production line modeling to identify bottlenecks and improve production flow. •Cycle time optimization and elimination of non-value-added activities to increase productivity.

•Observation of logistics processes and inventory management in a distribution center. •Analysis of receiving, storage and dispatch operations. •Understanding of product availability, replenishment and customer satisfaction challenges.
